About Our Founder

Refined Flow  founder, Florence (Flo) Brewer, figured out a way to leave  her corporate job for a month, traveled to Rishikesh India by herself, and obtaining her 200 hour yoga teacher in hatha and ashtanga .

 

During this vist she realized the demands of a hectic lifestyle plague many and there are many false perceptions about yoga in western culture. Since then, Florence's mission is to present eye opening experiences through yoga.  Her desires is to  help other  refine their yoga flow, refine their lifestyle, and overall refine themselves!
